Our plans come with a set amount of forms, form submissions, online bookings and video consultations. If your total count for those features exceed the limits in your plan, we won't stop the use of the feature. However, there will be an additional charge on your next bill for the number over and beyond what is included in your plan.
Note: these charged are related to the Starter, Plus and Premium plans released in December 2020.
If your plan was from before this time, you may have different usage charges applied.
How the overage charges work
When you choose your package, you will need to choose the correct level based on how many forms you wish to create, the number you expect to be filled out, the volume of appointments booked online for in-person appointments and also the number of video consultations you expect to book in your service period.
There might be some months where you go over the form submissions or bookings. If you go over the limit set in your package, you will be charged a fee per item that you go over. This will be reset at your next billing period.
The price of the overage charges may depend on the level of plan you are on, please see the table below for the breakdown of overage charges per plan.

If you have additional charges on your invoice on more than one occasion, you might want to upgrade to a higher plan to avoid unknown charges in the future.
