Why do I have to sign up for Lifecard?
The Lifecard app is an app product by Global Health Limited, the same company that hosts our online Patient Portal. A Lifecard account is created so that the next time you return to our Hospital or visit another Hospital who uses Global Health's Patient Portal Application, some of your information will be remembered for next time.
It also allows you to log into your account on our Patient Portal to see any past form submissions.
